So I went on to Youtube to watch PewDiePie's videos he uploaded today. Everything was fine. Working perfectly. Normal speed,etc. But when I watch the video,it's messed up. The audio is fine,not glitchy,but the video is. It's choppy. I already tried Restarting my computer,updating a few things I haven't yet,but It still hasn't worked. I tried 2 times. Different videos. Does anybody know what is going on? Is it Youtube or my computer?
